Distinguished Alum Award
The Journal strives to recognize those members who have served us in past. Each year one former member of the Journal is chosen from a nominee pool provided by current and former staff members for excellence in the legal profession, for promoting the mission of the School of Law's flagship publication, and for contributing to the continued recognition of the Journal. Many of our alums of the journal still to play an important part of its success; the Distinguished Alum Award is our way of showing appreciation for these contributions.
We would like to congratulate the winner of the 2011 Distinguished Alum award, Beth Forsythe.
We invite nominations from Journal staff and UST faculty alike on an ongoing basis. In order to have your nomineed considerered for the Distinguished Alum Award during the current academic year, please submit your nomination and a brief description of his or her accomplishments to Membership Editor Kelli Hamit at email@example.com by April 1 .
Each Spring, the Journal invites its alums to join the current staff for an evening banquet where we recap the years' events, present the annual Distinguished Alum Award, and recognize the departing staff as well as the incoming Editorial Board. The 2012 Alumni Banquet will be hosted at the following location and time:
