This is the second session in a series of four that focus on prayer in various religious traditions. Please click here for information on the entire series. Imam Asad Zaman and Mr. Mujahid Asamarai, from the Muslim American Society of Minnesota, will speak on the two major types of Muslim prayers: salat, ritual prayer, and dua, informal supplication. They will discuss these two as well as the spiritual, physical, and communal dimensions of prayer.
